Where to buy Body Glide

Dicks Sporting Goods. It's by the jogging/running stuff. :)

Body Glide is an anti-chafing product often used by athletes on feet, legs, arms -- basically anything where you have skin/skin contact or fabric/skin contact that when rubbed together can create chafing.

Some people put it on their feet b4 putting on their socks, some put it on where the strap of sandals will rub, others put it on the thigh area b/c it rubs. You get the idea.

Found mostly at sporting goods type stores - cycle shops, running stores, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, REI. Can purchase online also.

Go to the website bodyglide [dot] com and see where there is a location near you.

I think the stuff is AWESOME!!!! Use it all the time to prevent chafing and blisters.

Happy Travels!

Bandaid makes a product now that is evidently exactly like Bodyglide, and I've seen it at Target and WalMart. My husband came home from New Mexico a few weeks ago (backpacking trip) with a small stick of Bodyglide that had sunscreen in it - first time I'd heard of that.

I found it today at a specialty store that sells running shoes in my area for about $8.

That's typically where I find it.

This is a fabulous product that I use every time I run, including training runs.Invaluable on the half and (very) occasional full marathons. It goes more places for the longer runs :)

Cheers.

We purchased it at Dicks Sporting Goods, but they also sell it at Gander Mountain.

In NYC a couple of weeks ago, a friend let me use a Dr. Scholl's product that sounds a lot like Body Glide. My feet were working up a blister and after using that stuff, I didn't get one and was ready for a new spot to rub the next day.

Do you have any large sporting goods stores near you? I just bought some at Sports Authority; it was by the shoe section. I did have to ask where it was located, since it's such a large store.

For what it's worth, for the men on here who wear ties regularly, buy a second stick and use it on your neckline. I am FORCED to wear a tie everyday at work, and it keeps my neck from getting burned!!! I recommend the "second stick" as I would not want the same one I used ......ahem...elsewhere on my face!!

Most people rave about foot glide so I bought 6 for our trip in June. It didn't stop my feet from blistering, and before I left I chucked them all into the trash. I am buying new walking shoes for our trip in January, minus the glide.
