where to buy beach towels?

We are leaving for WDW next week and I would like to buy my DD8 a good beach towel (Disney themed, of course) while we are there. She is a swimmer and her current towel is ratty looking so I thought we could pick up a nice one as a souvenir. I haven't been in nearly 20 years so I haven't a clue where to look. Any help from all you veterans would be appreciated.
By the way, these boards have already helped me tremedously with our trip plans. We are both getting really excited!!!

Are you going to either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach? They have some of the best selection of towels. I also reember seeing some in the hotel gift shop and at Downtown Disney. I also think they sold some at the parks. I know MGM definteily at Fantasmic has them and at MouseGears at Epcot. That should be an easy thing to find in the stores in Disney!

disneystore.com had a sale on some towels about two weeks ago where I had gotten two Lizzy towels for my DD both 4.99 each. I didn't check to see if they had any for boys, but it doesn't hurt to look.

Walmart had Disney themed towels yesterday marked to 2.50 each. They really need to be washed in Downey, Bounce, whatever. They're pretty cute.

How big were those towels at Walmart? Maybe I'll take a hike over there to see if they have anything left.

They were not extra large. They were what I consider a normal bath towel. I'm sorry I don't know actual measurements.

Thanks for the help! I can't order from the Disney Store too easily because I'm Canadian, eh! We are going to be offsite for a few days before we check in at WDW so I might scope out Wal-Mart etc. We are going to Typhoon Lagoon so that's another option. Again, thanks

I bought a towel from one of the little kiosks in AK (on the way to Kali River Rapids). I love it, because it has the Tree of Life surrounded by ALL the Disney characters in safari garb. It's also huge and soft...one of my favorite souvenirs from last year.
