Where to buy autograph books ?

I need to get my 8 year old daughter an Disney autograph book. Do they sell them at the resorts. We are staying at the CBR in June. I looked at the Disney Store at the local mall and online and they don't have any books. Any suggestions would be appreciated. - LJ01

Any place in WDW that has a cash register will likely have an autograph book, and a bucket of matching pens. (Well, I guess the food places won't) Definately check the CBR gift shop. Or the first merchadise vender you come across in any of the parks.

We always buy ours at the resort gift shop. That way we have them when we enter the parks!

Thank You. This is what I need to know. This is our first trip to Disney and I wanted to get her a Disney Autograph book but I would hate to get there and find out they don't sell any autograph books. - LJ01

Just a friendly word of advice regarding the pens that go with the autograph books...

We were there in March (at POR) and bought books and pens for each our kids. The pens we bought were red, had a Mickey on top, and had a cord so it couyld be worn around the neck. They cost $5 each. The pens immediately started giving us problems. After a day or so one of the CMs who walks around with teh characters told us that those pens have always given guests trouble. We took the pens to the nearest gift store (in MK) and exchanged them for a 5-pen set that worked great. Save yourself some aggravation and don't buy the red Mickey pen for $5.

Oh yea, good thought Zip. Also, if you bring a pen from home, get the fatest one you can find. Remember whose hands will be using.

I just saw the BEST idea for an autograph book-Creative Memories (scrapbooking home party company-I'm sure they have a website) has a 7" x 7" scrapbook and carries a line of Disney stickers, papers, etc.-they have this "snap pack" that's all about Disney and they suggest premaking the pages and letting the kids get autographs on some of the pages.

I wanted to have autograph books for my DD8 &DD5 for our trip in Dec., and wanted to see if Poly conceirge would have them ready for me at the hotel, BUT, now I think I will make up one of these for each of my daughters. That way they'll also have the start of a scrapbook-pictures of their favorite characters, etc. I'm so excited about the notion of this, I've already bought one pack to start now (and we're not going til Dec!!)

Has anyone seen the autograph books on property that offer the 4x6 picture slot above the autograph spot?!?!? They have them at
Disneyland and I was wondering if Disneyworld offered the same thing they are really cool!!! ::

I haven't seen the ones with the picture slot, but I always have DD5 get autographs on just the right side pages and we come home and glue the picture of that character opposite their autograph. It works well.
