Where to buy AP's?

Is Disney.com the best place to buy AP's? Are there any legit places to get AP's at a discount?

The only AP discounts I've heard of are for FL residents and DVC members, plus renewals. I don't believe any of the ticket brokers sell AP's.

Do most people here get them from Disney reservations?
