Where to buy an AP

Hello,
Sorry if this was asked a million times, but can I buy a discounted AP at BC hotel?

We are using the AP rate for 1 night at BC before our stay at AKV. We plan to buy the AP once we get there. I was wondering if we have to go to the parks first to buy a pass, or can we buy the discounted pass at the hotel before we check in?

AP's are not available at any resort, they don't have the capability of printing them. You can go to guest services at Downtown Disney, TTC or any park. Staying at BC, I would go over to the International Gateway. Most times they don't even ask to see it, I would try to check-in without it and if they want to see it, head over to the IG.
