where to activate military salute tickets

Hi:

My dad has purchased Military salute tickets at his base - he lives semi-locally... Do you know where we can activate them without paying parking? Do they still do it at downtown disney (we have done it there in the past but he seems to think there is no longer an office there)? We will activate with him before he goes home (we will stay and he is joining us a few days later). Any ideas? Thanks!!

You can still do it at Downtown Disney, well Disney Springs.

Disney Springs has the largest, most comfortable and beautiful Guest Relations at WDW.
It's called the "Welcome Center," and its centrally located, not far from guest parking and the WDW bus terminal.

It moved within Disney Springs in the last year, but as Robo posted there certainly still is one.
