Where to activate AP

We will arrive at the WL late afternoon on October 29th. We have 8:20 ADR for CRT on October 30th. Where can I activate my AP on the 29th to be ready for our Sunday morning ADR.

well you are near MK, I think you can at their guest services window.

If I can activate it at Guest Services at MK - are they open before Park Hours? Can I just activate it before going into MK for Breakfast on the 30th or do I have to do it the day of our arrival. Our reservations are for 8:20 and I don't think this is early entrance day.

I wouldn't wait until that morning. I don't think Guest Services opens until the offical park opening. I'm not positive about that, but I've seen people waiting at that window before until after the gates were open. If I were you I'd either take the nice boat ride over to MK the evening before or go to Downtown Disney for dinner and activate it there. There are two locations, one in the Marketplace and one on the Westside.
