Where to activate AP

We will be arriving at Disney on a Sat. afternoon. We were not planning on going to the parks until Sunday morning. We want to go to EE at Mk on our first day. My question is this.... if we have ap vouchers is there somewhere besides the parks that I can activate them??? I do not want to waste EE time in the morning to activate them, but I also don't want to go to the parks the day before to do it. Is there anywhere else that I can activate them...maybe, Downtown Disney??? OR since we are driving, is there anywhere around Disney that I can buy already activated AP passes?? That way we can stop and do it on our way in. Thank you for your help.

You can redeem your vouchers/buy actual AP/PAP tickets at either of the two Guest Services Desks in Downtown Disney - one in the MarketPlace area and one on the West Side, near the entrance to Pleasure Island. Both are open the same hours as the establishments around them.

You can buy an "activated" AP/PAP at either of the Disney Stores inside the airport, as well as the TTC and/or any of the major park ticket booths. You don't need to enter a park to activate/redeem your AP voucher.

I have a related question. I bought ap vouchers at the disney store. Can I activate them at the Orlando airport when we land?

Thank you so much for the info. I was hoping we could activate/buy the passes at Downtown Disney. I didn't want to go anywhere near the parks because then my little boys would want to stay. Dh and I would rather go to bed early and get an early start on Sunday. Looks like we will be heading to Downtown Disney on Sat.

Another related question - where are these stores located in the Orlando Airport - we will be coming in on southwest and this would save us having to make a stop somewhere.

We activated ours at Downtown Disney Marketplace. The Guest Services office is kind of hidden. If you are looking at Once Upon a Story, go to the right and behind it. The Guest Services office is up on the right. They were very quick!!

DisneyFan79 - you must be reading my mind. I just looked at the map of Downtown Disney and couldn't find guest relations on it. Thank you for posting where it is. I was just going to ask that.

No you can't. The airport shops are not run by Guest Relations and cannot activate your vouchers.

There are two shops both named Disney's Earport. They are in the main airport terminal on level 3 (the level you are on when you get off the shuttle from the airside terminals). There's one on the "A" side and one on the "B" side. You can't miss them.

Just to clarify -

It's on the right if you are looking at Once Upon a Story from the parking lot side. If you're on the "lake side" side, go to your left!

I have to agree - the GS @ DDT was quick and very helpful - we have also never seen a line there or even more than 1 or 2 people.

Carol, most of the time I'm in your corner when you give information but I have to agree with DisneyFan79 on this one. Guest Relations at Marketplace is to the right of Once Upon A Toy if you are standing with the "lake side" at your back, just in front of the restrooms there. It's actually in the rear of the same building as the Summer Sands shop.
