Where to activate a PAP quickly??

We are leaving this afternoon & DS has a PAP that is not yet activated. We are planning on hitting a water park first thing tomorrow morning so we'll need to get this thing activated tonight I guess.

Our flight gets in at 7:05, we are getting a rental car & planned on heading straight to CSR. Should we check in first and get our parking paper-thing,then drive to the park or take a WDW bus?

I was thinking of maybe heading to Epcot to get it activated but I'm not sure which would be the quickest way to do this? Would another park be quicker?

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated & quick!!!

That would probably be the quickest. That time of night there shouldn't be any lines at the guest services window.

You can also activate it at Guest Services at DD.

I activated my pass at Guest Services at DD as Gail said. It was right beside the bathroom. I went in and by the time everyone was through with the bathrooms I was back out with my activated pass in hand. It was really quick.

No it's down near the Once Upon A Toy store at the Rainforest Cafe end of DTD.
