At WDW 8/21 - 8/28. We have a ADR for Crystal Palace breakfast, but we are thinking of doing another breakfast too. Where is your favorite place to have breakfast? We aren't picky and it can or cannot have characters. Thanks for any tips! :flower:

I love Chef Mickey's at the CR. My DH and i went for our honeymoon (12 yrs ago) and loved it! The characters are great (even without kids) and the food is too!

The Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe at the Poly has quite a following. I'm looking forward to trying that on our trip.

We discovered Fresh at the Dolphin in April. It is hands down the BEST breakfast in WDW. We used to think Spoodles was the best until we tried Fresh. I am not normally a huge breakfast person, but Fresh could change that. They have all the usual suspects for breakfast & then some. Just as the name implies, there are lots of items made fresh, to order - all your eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc....
The fresh squeezed juice combinations are to die for.....

Here's the menu from Allears.....

We love the breakfast buffet at Boma in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Great stuff!

I am looking forward to trying Boma's this next trip so I can't speak for there but...I really like the Rainforest Cafe at AK - it will fill you up for the whole day! and it wasn't too crowded the times we were there....also, Yacht Club Galley looks great they have a buffet that is a bargain!
Basically, you can't go wrong. Love those croissants at CP.

Our favorite venues for breakfast include: Boma, Breakfastosaurus, 1900 Park Fare, & Spoodles. Have fun choosing!

Because of all the positive reviews here on the DIS I added a PS for breakfast at Boma to our upcoming trip. I had all of our PS's made months ago and I decided we needed another breakfast one so I added Boma just last week. We're really excited about trying it for the first time.

Dh loved the breakfast buffet at Boma. I thought it was good but in no way compared to the greatness of CP. Kona probably is my favorite restaurant at WDW. I love everything there!! I'd have to recommend that.

We always make a trip to Boatwrights when at WDW. This is down-south style home cookin'. We love the strawberry's with cream and brown sugar-it's a great breakfast appetizer. Prices are reasonable and we always have a great filling meal.

We really enjoyed the food and characters at 1900 Park Fare. We thought the food and selections were better than when we had eaten at Chef Mickey's for breakfast the last trip (prefer CM's for dinner). Also, it was so fun to see the Grand Floridian.

Wow, thanks for all of the replies. Kona, Spoodles, Fresh, Boma, Chef Mickey's...ect. This is a tough choice. :earboy2:

DS13 & I have brkfst PSs at:
Chef Mickeys
Whisp Cany
Kona
Crystal Palace
Donalds
Cape May
Yacht Galley (2x)
Fresh
Spoodles

Our favorite breakfast places are:

Kona Cafe - can't beat the Poly atmosphere and the tonga toast - oh...and the Kona coffee.

Concourse Steakhouse - great eggs benedict. Plus, it's fun to watch the monorail go by taking people to the Magic Kingdom.

We also like Fresh at the Dolphin and Garden Grove at the Swan. Both are buffet-style, and I don't typically like buffets. But the eggs are coked to order...so are the pancakes and waffles at Fresh. Here's an incentive - Fresh serves Starbucks and fresh squeezed oj.

The Grand Floridian Cafe, although expensive, has a great breakfast.
