Where should we eat in Epcot?

We originally had an ADR for Garden Grill in Epcot but then we had to change our schedule around. Now we are going to Epcot on a different day and I am unable to get another ADR for Garden Grill. I was bummed at first but now I'm excited we have an excuse to try all the good food Epcot has to offer.

So if you could eat anywhere in Epcot where would it be and why?

Melissa

Tutto Italia because the food is excellent!

We love Coral Reef because the food was delicious and being able to look at the amazing tank was such a unique experience for us! My daughter was mesmorized!!!!!

That really depends on your family. For us we wouldn't go to Tutto because it isn't as good as some other Italian restaurants where we live and we wouldn't go to CR because the quality and service have gone way down hill to the point where it is a shell of what it used to be. Perhaps for your family those would be very good options. We have had pretty good meals at Les Chef's. Biergarten is another option if your family is more into buffets, plus the live entertainment and atmosphere are a lot of fun. :thumbsup2

i would agree...in Northern NJ good italian food is everywhere. i would suggest Beirgarten. food is great and the live music and fun is awesome as well.

In Epcot, we like Le Cellier, Tutto Italia, Teppan Edo, Chefs de France, and Via Napoli, in that order. Not that Chefs or VN are bad, that's just our order of preference. We like all 5 that I listed! I wouldn't recommend Coral Reef, personally.

We're trying Rose and Crown for the first time in October.

Good luck!

Our favorites are Teppan Edo and Coral Reef. We don't have anything like Teppan Edo where we live, and we thought the food there was great. My husband makes us go to Coral Reef every trip.

if price is not a problem, chefs de france....food was unbelievable, and its a great spot to watch the fireworks

I enjoy going to Tutto Italia, the staff is always fun and energetic. The restaurant is almost never packed. Food is tasteful and good portions. It has a great wine and coffee menu. Awesome deserts and you get a small variety of bread and olive oil for starters.

Wherever you go enjoy, there's plenty of good food to go around in Epcot.

We love the restaurants in WS!!! There are so many we enjoy. I am stressing a bit since on our upcoming trip we are trying all new restaurants -and I am already missing some of our favorites.
We always go to Teppan Edo. It is so much better than any Japanese steakhouse near where we live. It is a beautiful restaurant, with warm personal servers, and great food.
We love Restaurant Marrakesh in Morrocco. The tile work of the restauarant is awesome, the servers are great and the food is good.
We like the Rose & Crown Pub in the UK. A good, fun spot and the Illuminations viewing is a plus.
Whatever you choose - Enjoy!!!

Here are my thoughts on the places I've been to at Epcot:

Tutto Italia - good food, but not amazing (I think it's hard to screw up Americanized Italian food, unless you're at the Olive Garden..).

Bistro de Paris - great restaurant, but it's been over 10 years since I was there (I was 16) so I can't really remember much about it. I remember really liking it though.

San Angel Inn - love the atmosphere, but the food was just okay. I would eat here again because I love Mexican food, but next time will not eat there after going on Mission Space.

If I had to pick between the 3, I'd pick Bistro de Paris.

For my next trip, we're eating lunch at Rose & Crown, and dinner at Biergarten (well, I'm still undecided about Biergarten). We booked our trip last-minute so many restaurants did not have ADRs left.

My favorites:

1. Le Cellier
2. Teppon Edo
3. La Hacienda

Thanks everyone, I'm going to look at the menus fromthe suggestions everyone gave me. I'll choose two I like best and then let DH pick from there!:rotfl:

Thanks again, I feel better now knowing we will find a great place.

In addition to making another ADR, I would suggest you keep trying back at the Garden Grill through the WDW online reservation site. People cancel; ADRs open up. Good luck! :wizard:
