I want across the street (I have a 3 year old with a stroller), Free breakfast, and a pool pls...soo many options!

Not too many have free breakfast. The ones that do that are across the street are Park Vue Inn, BWPPI, Desert Inn and Ramada Maingate. I might be missing one, but I think that is it. Candy Cane has breakfast, it is on the same side of the street as Disneyland but down a ways.

I vote for CCI, which we like when we can get in (it's booked a lot). Since you have a stroller, the walk isn't that bad. We are booked at the Desert Inn for the first time, but not until January, and I've never stayed at the others right across the street.

Just stayed at Candy Cane Inn last weekend. It was great! Not across the street, but about a six or eight block walk to where the shuttles drop you off. CCI does have its own shuttle that runs on the half-hour.

CCI also has a free breakfast ("heavy" continental with fruit, pastries, donuts, oatmeal, bagels, cold cereal, yogurt, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs). I thought the breakfast was just fine! And CCI has free parking, so you don't pay an extra parking charge for your car.

It has a small pool and hot tub. And the beds and pillows at CCI are very comfortable!

If you decide to book there, ask for a ground floor room - they don't have an elevator, and you won't want to haul your stroller up the stairs.

I would vote for the PVI. It's the closest to the entrance and has the best free breakfasts which includes fresh made waffles and lots of other hot choices (eggs, sausage, bacon) along with all kinds of fruit and pastries.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Anaheim almost 2 years ago and will be staying there for our next trip as well. They don't have free breakfast, but they do have free underground parking & free wifi. They do have a cafe, so you can buy meals alacart or book a breakfast package. We like to eat in the park, at starbucks, etc so free breakfast isn't a big deal for us as long as we get free wifi & parking. It's about a block or so away but there is a bus stop right out in front of the hotel or you can walk. If your child is in a stroller then it's very doable. It's very clean, modern, great service & reasonably priced. You can find lots of reviews online. Until the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites : Anaheim Resort Area opens it's our go-to hotel.
