Hi again! We are arriving later this morning from our flight to the Homewood Suites Convention Center & planning to take a Uber/Lyft to the parks & wondered if we should have them drop us in DTD or on Harbor? Also what exact address to we put in? Don't really use it much except when we travel lol :) TIA for your help!

Use the Harbor drop off since that will be closer to your hotel. Your driver will have to make a U-turn at Ball Rd. to drop you off on the correct side of Harbor. (Do not get dropped off at any of the restaurants or hotels across the street from the parks -- there are signs in the parking lots stating that is not allowed.) That is the same place you can be picked up, too, if you choose not to walk back to your hotel. Not sure about the exact address -- try using Google to search for Disneyland's address, then put that in.

Is there an actual designated drop off spot for Uber on Harbor? Thanks!

Thank you! Just remembering awhile back that the Harbor security wait was long but this was prior to all the changes they made!

Dropoff isn't hard during the daytime at the designated area off harbor (across BW motel) on the disney side - dropoff . <---Link here

The trouble is night pickup. The line to get in takes 10+ minutes for Uber/people to get into the lot so if you're a nearby convention hotel, faster to walk or take Toy Story shuttle and go from there.....TS shuttle is our go to for Homewood suites/Hyatt Place stays.

This is super helpful... one question. Isnthe TS lot close to the Residence Inn convention center?

Not really; you're walking backwards a bit so with RI/Hyatt House at the north end of the block; you're probably better off just walking the 15min to DLR--we've never gone to TS from there --psychologically it's just going away from the mouse ;)

If we take Lyft to the park we have them drop us off and pick us up later at the main entrance of the Disneyland Hotel. The security line is much shorter and you can usually get on the monorail in DTD.

Since you won't be going early in the am and there wouldn't be much of a line, I would take the Toy Story shuttle for free which is next door to your hotel. Although they do drop you at the Harbor entrance - it is up front, not on the street to save a little walk. We love the Homewood Suites and use the Toy Story Shuttle a ton.

Agree wholeheartedly with this. We tried going to the TS lot from the RI and while it is technically less walking, it takes much more time.

Just measured using Google Maps and walking distance from RI to where the shuttles drop off at DL is .6 miles while it is .5 miles to where they pickup at TS. So you would only save .1 mile heading to the parking lot which at normal walking speed is about 1.5-2 minutes. Definitely not worth walking to the TS lot from RI.
