where should I go?

I will arrive at Pop Century on Oct 12 mid day. We will going to the GF resort for dinner with Cindy and friends. Then to Ft. Wilderness for a campfire. The next morning we will have breakfast at Chef Mickey then head to DTD to meet up with family from the area. Then we are attending MNSSHP. Then we have to leave to attend my hsband's family reunion in Crystal River (the real reason we are even going to FL). I was able to sneak in a couple of days even though it was only suppose to be one night to attend MNSSHP! HAHA. But my question is: based on this schedule, were can we go-resort wise (we will not be in a park the first night) to see fire works or anything like that after the campfire.....and does anyone know what time any night time events are happening? I was told you can see some of the fireworks from the resorts as they are happening in the parks?

How sneaky, you can see illuminations from the Boardwalk area and Wishes from the CR or Poly beach (very nice). There's also PI downtown. I couldn't remember what time the campfire ended but I hope this helps. Maine
