Where should I go for my 26th birthday?

My birthday is the week of Christmas and I want to go ahead and pick a place to go (DH wanted to go to Le Cellier for his b-day, I called 6 weeks in advance thinking I could get something, since we are local we are very flexible, but they were booked solid). I'd like to try some place new. Our favorite places are Le Cellier, Kona, Chefs de France, Jiko, and the old Alfredo's. Some of the places I haven't been that I'd like to try are Artist Point, Citricos, Yachtsman, Cali Grill, Mama Melrose, and Tutto Italia (new Italian place). Last b-day I had decided I wanted to go to Artist Point for this one, but now we will have a three month baby with us. What do you suggest?

ETA: I also thought it would be fun to go one place for dinner and another for dessert.
