Where should I do Brunch? Excited plans are in writing!!!

We finally have everything down in writing for our December 16 Vow Renewal Yeah!!!!

December 15 - welcoming reception @ The Attic

December 16
The ceremony will be at the Wedding Pavilion at 2:30 p.m.
Reception will follow in the St. James room at The Boardwalk.

December 17 - We want to get everyone together for a farewell brunch - most will be leaving on Sunday. It's about 20-25.

I'd love some suggestions for something unique. This will probably be at 11:30 a.m. or so.

Lisa, these plans sound great!!!!! A good place for brunch...how much do you want to spend? Do you want characters?

We had a farewell/Easter breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Im not sure how unique it is, but we loved it. The characters are pooh,tigger, etc... We have always enjoyed eating there for breakfast, and we love the food! Theres something about it that keeps bringing us back.

We don't mind spending some money on this event. Actually I'm not using WDW photography, videographer and a few other things, so I might need this for my minimums.

Characters are not a must because we are going to have characters at Reception.

We are laid back casual people from Louisiana. Is there some kind of place near beach, etc? Maybe a place that is not listed in the Disney Wedding info.

Definitely want buffet style if that helps.

How about Ohana's, or there is a seafood buffet I think at the Boardwalk.....Being from Louisiana myself I know the pain. You could always eat at Port Orleans. I like to go there and get beignets.

Just to let you know... your minimums must be met on the day of the wedding, not the whole wedding. So, the welcome gathering and farewell brunch would not be included in this amount. Sorry
