Very cool day so far...other than the lost camera. I'm with you on

Jim Cantore. I can take any bad news as long as he's the one delivering it!
That man could read the back of the cereal box, and I would be riveted to the tv! LOL!
Look at Charles in Charge!!!

I probably would have been in a panic going off plan too. But, you have inspired me to be more go with the flow (to a point!

). I was thinking our first Epcot day we'd spend in WS but I may ask *gasp* Clay and the girls if they want to cruise WS or hang out at Innoventions.
If you can let Clay lead the way a little bit, maybe it would loosen him up about Disney. I know it helped with Charles.
Hi,
Joining in. Great pics around the resort. Makes me want to change back again but I will not and will stick with POR. (Secretly I want to)
Hi, Scott!!! I am so excited you are here! I love all the moderates for one reason or another! Which is a good thing since they are the ones that are really in our price range. LOL!
So far sounds like a fun time, glad you held it together with the changes made.
It made me twitch for a minute or two to change the plan.
I hope she is able to find the camera.
I will say that there are many reasons why we love Disney as much as we do!
Well Charles is just full of surprises this trip. By the end of the trip is he converted to Disney-lover?
Wait and see...
Just peeking in to wish you, Connor, and Chelsea a wonderful first day today!
I bet the kids will do a better job getting to sleep tonight.
Hi, MeMom! We did have a good day, but I am really wiped out! I forget how tiring teaching all day can be! I think I am more tired than I am after an entire day at a theme park.
I have no doubt my two will sleep like little logs tonight. They better, anyway! LOL!
Uggg, about the people behind you in the bag check line! Mom & I had a guy like that sitting behind us in Hall of Presidents - he mouthed off during the entire part at the end with President Obama, it was really annoying.
Oh, that would have driven me nuts! At least I wasn't trying to listen to something else in the bag check line.
I'm so impressed that you kept your cool when the whole Epcot plan went in the tank - I hope you get to Soarin' eventually!
Well, I kept reminding myself that we had done all those other things before, and we would be back again, so once I got over my initial control issues, it was easy to have fun!
Don & Justin did Sum of All Thrills in December and loved it too, Jared was nervous about it for some reason so he and I didn't ride. I do want to try it sometime though
Jared would have liked it, I think. Connor and I kept our roller coaster pretty tame.
Oh no! I hope you find Chelsea's camera - I bet she was just sick!
We all were including her brother!
I love how you just went with a complete change in plans, it sounds like a wonderful wonderful start to the day. Except of course for the bag check line and the missing camera....
The missing camera was a pretty big wrench in the day, but we were having a blast beforehand.
I have a question I hope I can post here

I kew if anyone would know the answer it would be you guys my Dh loves the shooting range in Frontierland he could spend the whole day there

I was thinking I might suprize him with a card from Mickey they day we are going to MK saying have Fun at my Shooting Rang, Ok here is my question I know it is a quarter to play do you know if it takes Dollar Bills or just quarters. Dollar bills would be easier to put in the card but I dont want him to get there and not be able to play

Thanks Tina
Hi! Unfortunately, despite always thinking it would be fun to take Connor over to the shooting arcade, we have never made it there, so I don't know the answer to your question. I am sorry! Have you tried posting it over on the Theme Parks board? Someone there might know.
Oh no, a lost camera is never something you want to have happen! Hope it was found very quickly.
The search for the lost camera adds something to the trip, that's for sure!
Go you for going with the flow like that! Sometimes (okay, a lot of the time) I end up being a trip nazi and insisting that we not deviate from "the plan". I'm going to try really hard to ignore that side of myself next trip.
We have been seven times since June, 2007, so it was pretty easy on this trip to just kind of go with the flow.
Subbing.... love the report so far.
A lost camera can surely be a disaster in WDW. Hope it was found!
Welcome!!! Glad to have you along! It was a disaster! I think we were all just sick to our stomachs over it!
Charles hung up on Mickey???!!!
I was shocked, I tell you!
Your morning sounds wonderful so far (sans the lost camera

) Happy that you were able to adapt and try some new things. It's hard to break away from what we know and have always done

Too funny about C and C stroking your arm thinking you were afraid in Innoventions

Oh and who doesn't have a crush on Jim Cantore?
Tracy
We had a lot of fun trying the new stuff and not rushing around.
Jim Cantore...
