I would love to take my OH to a really good Hibatchi (sp?) syle restaurant when we are in Orlando, any recommendations?

On International Drive, Kobe Steakhouse could be a good choice. There are other Japanese styled restaurant, like Hanamizuki on International Drive too. On Disney property, Kimonos at WDW's Swan & Dolphin Hotel or Kona Cafe at Polynesian Resort. Check those and see if you like them.

We LOVED Kobe! We have gone to alot of hibachi steak houses and Kobe is one of the best! They have a few locations in the Orlando area, so check their website for the one closest to where you will be.
