Where is the ticket machine?

We have purhased the "power passes", the annual passes with black out dates. We are suppose to get them from a machine. Where exactly is the machine?

We got ours there in Sept. They are located to the right of the ticket windows and guest relations on the outside of the gates.

At the studios they are on the right side of the ticket booths if you go to IOA they are in the ticket booth area on the left. You will see signs for the ticket machines as you come close to the front gates.
