I've been to WDW about 15 times and for the life of me, I can't remember this place. Where is it? Is it any good?

Thanks for any help. I can't find a park map that has restaurants on it for MK ...

My family tried it for the first time, after good reviews from this board, three weeks ago and it was terrific. We had excellent sandwiches, soup, burgers and ice cream.
It is located next to the Plaza Ice Cream Shop that is next to the Mainstreet Bakery at the end of Main Street near the castle. If you are walking toward the castle make a right turn at the end of the stores. The entrance is near the tables they have out for the ice cream shop.

Thanks, I get it now -- walk over the bridge and it's on the right. i see it now.

I'll have to give it a shot -- thanks!

It's actually before you cross over the bridge. Just turn right where the stores end & you should find it. I'm a little fuzzy myself, but I know it's before you go over the water. :)

The entrance is immediately after you take that right. It's really part of the whole Main Street area. If you come to the restrooms, you've gone too far. If you start up the ramp you're past it and nearing the Plaza Pavillion which is counter service.

You cross no water before you come to it. It's a pretty little spot with great sandwiches.

Can you make a PS for this restaurant? It's listed as counter service in the book I have...

There are two Plazas...Pavillion and Restaurant. The Plaza Pavillion is very large and is counterservice. The Plaza Restaurant is sit-down, small and yes you can make PSs for it.

The Plaza Restaurant is a sit-down. DH and I tried it for the first time Mother's Day weekend. It's great! THe prices are very reasonable and the food is very good. I had the tomato bisque, and I highly recommend it. Delicious! DH had the turkey club, and I had a burger. We enjoyed what we ate. They do take PS's, but when DH and I went on a Monday at MK (pretty busy) and it was an early lunch (before 11am) there was only a 5 minute wait.

Plaza Resteraunt is one of our favorites. It seems to be in the middle between the counter service food (which might not be as hot and fresh as we'd like) and a more expensive, full meal. I wish there were choices like this at other parks. This has excellent quality and full service that is pretty quick. The salad has chicken, nuts, strawberries, and we love to split that and split a sandwich. There are no entrees -- soup, salad, and about 6 hot and cold sandwiches, as I recall. Also, good fries or very good potato salad.
We've never tried to make a PS, but have stopped many times and waited for a table (no more than 10 minutes in less busy seasons, even when they say it's longer).
You can also drop in here for an ice cream treat, if you don't want a meal.
