Where is the nut cart in Epcot?

I keep seeing reference to the nut cart in Epcot, but where exactly is it?

I think I remember one near USA, by the theater (Across from funnel cakes).

There is one at the end of the walkway from Future World into World Showcase.

It is on the right side as you walk away from Spaceship Earth.

It is very near the McDonald's stand as you are entering the WS from FW. If you have your back to the lake and are facing McDonald's, it will be a little to your right. That place always smells soooo good!!!

My wife couldn't find the one near the walkway over our Xmas trip. It used to be right in front of the merchandise shop as you head toward Canada.

That one is gone, I looked for it and asked and they said it was no longer there.
