You see the parking lot below Hearthstone Lounge? That's where GCV is being built (and it probably extends onto that grass patch to the right of the parking lot).

Great picture. Thanks. Looks like they surrounded the poor area that is already there with buildings. I wonder how the hotel guests will like being in the shade all afternoon? They are building more pools for the TS, right?

yes, but according to the construction model on DVCnews.com, the new pool will be tucked in right next to the existing pool, on the upper right section of the new expansion:
