Does anyone know where the largest Disney store in the New England area is?

I've been to the one in the mall in Nashua NH and it was pretty small. Is there a bigger one around? I live in western Ma., BTW.

I'm looking for some Disney Christmas stockings, and the ones on-line at Disney Store are very limited. Mickey, Minnie and Jack Skellington.

....:confused3 ....I only know of the one that's in Manhattan, in NYC, and it's very large....

I think they are all about the same size. You could always call some of the stores around here to see what Christmas stockings they have.

You also might be able to find some Disney themed ones at Target or Walmart when they put their Christmas stuff out.

There is a new Disney outlet Store at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall. That is bigger than the on in Manchester but I rather prefer the one at the Manchester Mall. The employees there are very Disney-like!

No some are bigger.
I have been to the one in Nashua and it is small
The one at Solomon pond mall in marlboro is bigger.

If the one in Springfield MA is still open, from what I remember that was on the bigger side. I would try calling them to see if they have what you are looking for. A few years ago we hunted down the Little Mermaid doll that was life size and we were just in the store and they shipped it to us.

Merrimack where? NH?

Well, it's a trip, but we could drive a couple hours, take the train in and make a day of it. Where is it in relation to Grand Central Station?

If you are thinking of the one that used to be on Fifth Avenue -- it has closed:sad: I miss it!

They opened one about a year ago in the Times Square area, but it is very small and doesn't have much selection.

well shoot, I'm not going all the way to NYC to see a mall-sized one. Bag to looking elsewhere I guess. Thanks for the heads up!

It's smaller than the old store, but it is bigger than other Disney stores. It's actually the largest in North America.

NEW YORK (AP) With fireworks, fanfare and fairy dust, The Walt Disney Co. officially opened its largest store in North America in Manhattan's Times Square Tuesday, touting it as the crown jewel among approximately 360 worldwide.

The 20,000-square-foot Times Square emporium is about five times bigger than most Disney stores. Divided by franchise, from Mickey Mouse still the global entertainment company's most popular character to an assortment of princesses, it offers similar merchandise to other stores, only more and on a grander scale, said Andy Mooney, chairman of Disney Consumer Products.

The one at the Holyoke Mall closed several years ago.

It's not that big, honestly. The Ridemakerz section takes up quite a bit of room.
I wouldn't make special trip to NYC just for this store. We go when we are in the city but we also hit the Nintendo store, FAO, American Girl, etc.

There is a decent size Disney store at West Farms mall in Farmington CT. That is the only Disney store we have in the state, I believe.

there is one in the south shore plaza (braintree, ma). its a good size (ive seen bigger and smaller) but it was renovated not too long ago.

if you ever get to nj there is a really nice one in cherry hill!

The one on Fifth Ave in NYC that closed wasn't a Disney Store, but a World of Disney, just like the ones at Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

The new one in Times Square is a Disney Store. The World of Disney felt like Disney; it just gave you that special feeling. The new Disney Store feels like...well, the Disney Store. It's a major disappointment, IMO.

The store in the Merrimack Premium Outlets in Merrimack, NH is quite large and brand new.

My sister goes to the one in Cherry Hill when she visits her in-laws! Too bad she's not going any time soon.

Looks like Merrimack is going to be a day trip for me. Thanks all!

Right, problem is I don't know what I want as I don't know what is in the store at WDW. Ideally, I would like some kind soul to go to WDW, take pictures and share them withe me (along with what store they were in) so I could call WDW Merchandising, but I guess that isn't going to happen. Thanks for the link though!

Does anyone know if the Times Square store will monogram MM ears right there? I have a friend taking her four kids as a Xmas present and wants to give them ears on Xmas morning to introduce the surprise and I thought I could pick them up for her when I'm in NYC over Turkey Day weekend.
