Where is the High School Musical Pep Rally?

I am confused. The Disneyland site says it "moves." The pictures on wdwinfo show the Hollywood Pictures Backlot in the background while a thread here shows the Sun Wheel in the background. Where is it???

It starts at the sunshine plaza, then moves down the street towards the entrance to Golden Dreams... On the schedule, they are about 15 minutes apart...

We stood opposite Sunshine Plaza near the Everything California (?) store. We had a great view with the performers right in front of us.
