I don't know that there's anyplace here for articles to be submitted. Unlike some other forums.

For a PM (called conversations here) you can click on the person's avatar or hover over your username in the upper right, then click on the "Start a new conversation" link.

To tag someone just put a "@" in front of their username in a post (@comcastlover33)
