Where is the Dollar counter?

Its been awhile since I have flown into MCO (we usually drive) but I will be there soon with my Mom who will need a wheelchair ride off the plane. She can walk for short distances but I am wondering how I will get her and my daughter to the luggage and car rental counter or is there somewhere she can wait while I do everything? Also hearing some bad things on these boards about Dollar but thats where I got the best deal (7/26-8/2 for 160 including taxes compact). I also got the upgrade coupon from fastlane with info from Mousesavers.

Tell the airline your mom needs a wheelchair. They can have a skycap meet you at the gate with a wheelchair and he/she can push mom and help with the luggage all the way to the car. (Just don't forget to tip, but having traveled with my Grandmom it is WELL worth it!) MCO is a HAUL from the gate to the exit for someone who can only walk short distances!

Dollar is on level one. Baggage claim is on level two. Just take the Elevator down one level, pick up contract and go across the street to your car.
