Where is the "character connection" at Epcot?

I have read some recent posts about and area in Epcot called the "Character Connection". I understand that the double decker bus is gone and has been replaced with this area or building? Anyone been there? Please give me the 411. Thanks

I believe it is in Innovations East. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. If not there it's definitely somewhere in the Innoventions area.

It is in the Innoventions West building closest to the Imaginations building.You enter from between the two Innoventions West buildings.It is a great place to meet the characters and it is not very busy and there are all the Fab 5 plus Chip and Dale and others.

Thanks everyone! It doesnt matter how old your kids get (mine are now 12 and 8) there is nothing like their expression on their faces when they see a Disney character in person!

That place is great. If you go late or after hours for resort guests, there is NO LINE....I went with my 16 and 12 year old. We were the only ones in there at 11:00 at night. They characters were joking with each other and waiting for us to go down the line. IT WAS THE BEST!!!

Yes, that is exactly where it is. I had my compass flipped, I was using North toward WS not Spaceship Earth. Sorry for the mix up.

thanks iluvidzknee! It sounds great. We are staying at the BW so it's just a hop skip and a jump away. We will have to do this late one night.

Jersey is the best!...we have the beaches, the country and a hop away from NYC....lol

We went to the character connection in Jan. 06 and it was great! There weren't many people there at all so we didn't have to wait to see anyone. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Chip and Dale. I think we went later in the a.m.

It is near Club Cool. We went in June and it was wonderful.
No lines - just one other family and us.
We got all the photos we wanted with:
Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, Goofy and Chip and Dale.
It is also air conditioned. It was so nice to have met the
charectors and not have to spend the rest of our time searching.

It is right next to Club Cool. It is a great big room. lots of characters there. We saw Prince John, Donald, Captain Hook, Pluto, Chip'n'Dale, and Mickey. It is nice and cool. We went in twice once to get autographs, and the second time just to cool off(this was July) and to wait for our fastpass time for Soarin'. There are benches to sit on there too. Have Fun!!

The lighting in the building is not all that great, but there's never been a line when we've visited.

We just went to Character Connection a couple of days ago. Before we went in, we saw Goofy and Captain Hook in the outside hall area near the exit. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Chip and Dale at CC. Then as we exited, we saw Gepetto, Belle, Mary Poppins and the penguin, and Meeko in the hallway right at the exit! Must have been our lucky day!
