Where is the cancellation policy for the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert party discussed? I read the event page and the "know before you go" area, and unless I'm blind, admittedly a possibility.... it isn't there. The CM on the phone told me it was 5 days, not 3 days, as I somehow got in my head. I obviously believe her and don't think she is lying, but where is it said? I just can't find it. Looks like we're going twice this trip though. Haha.

On my email confirmation it says 5 days, so it looks like the CM was correct! Don't wait till 24 hours before to cancel!! Mine is for the Wishes Dessert Party though.

Perhaps it has very recently changed then because when I just called to cancel ours for June 27th, she told me I had to cancel five days in advance and we'd lose our money. Thus, we're apparently going twice. Haha.

I wish they'd put it somewhere you'd have access to before you actually booked. LoL. I didn't read through my confirmation email, I tend to delete those as soon as I get them cuz I get 10 "confirmed" and "cancelled" ones a day as I constantly changing stuff. LoL. So. Sounds like I need to pay better attention. Going twice will be fun though. No standing arm to arm on Main Street. Haha.

We attended the Dessert Party last August, the cancellation had to be made by 5 days out. The policy was at the bottom of the page where you enter your CC info & I think there was a box to check to confirm that you had read the cancellation policy before clicking submit.

I do hate I robbed another family a chance to snag that reservation cuz I didn't pay attention though.

Oh good, it is before you book then... I'm just unobservant. LoL.

When I searched another website says 24 hr - when we went last year I vaguely remember it was same as dining

You must cancel 5 days before, we went last August and are going again this August. Since it's a prepaid event I made sure to know this information.
