Where is the best place to see Mickey & crew in traditional outfits?

I posted this in the wrong forum earlier so I'm reposting here...

Where is the best place to meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, etc in their "regular" clothes - not safari outfits, not chef costumes, etc.

I was hoping to do a character meal.

I believe all of the character meals will have them dressed in something other than traditional wear. Best spot I think will be Character Spot at Epcot, though I think they only have 3 of the fab 5 there. I would check on Kenny the pirate's site, he's the character master!

Character Spot at Epcot is your best bet.
