Where is the best place for NYE for adults?

DH and I are taking both of our families to WDW from Dec. 27th - Jan 3rd. I don't believe that PI is an option because our group will range in age from 19-56. What is the best place for NYE?

I would do Epcot, just because it is the Park that absorbs the crowd the best.

I think you are wise to avoid PI.

Epcot has lots of entertainment and you can "toast" the New Year if you so desire. It would be my first choice.
