Where is the best place for an intimate dinner?

I am trying to plan an intimate dinner for my future wife and I and would love here ideas on the best places to have that special dinner. We are not interested in going to Victoria and Alberts and we are not big on seafood. Would really appreciate any help.

Shula's or Yachtsman Steakhouse.
I think the steaks are better at Shula's, it's very dark and not many children there.
