Also if we take the girls to see fairies and princesses where do we send boys(12) to have a great experiences? How do I change spelling on the title?

You can definitely get your fairy fix at Pixie Hollow, while the princesses are at Fantasy Faire, both in Fantasyland! While the girls are there, maybe the boys want to head over to Tomorrowland for Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, Space Mountain, etc? Or Adventureland for Pirates of the Caribbean? They'd have their pick of just about anything!

Pixie Hallow for TinkerBell and friends
Fantasy Fair for the Princesses

While the girls are busy with the wait times maybe the boys can ride Star Tours and a few other rides in the area.

Click on edit. When the active box opens click on More Options. It will get you into a more advanced mode and I believe you'll be able to make changes to the title.

As others have said, the best place to see the princesses is Fantasy Faire (usually three princesses inside the building, but they do vary so you can check the sign board outside to see who is there, and often one outside by the bridge (usually Rapunzel or Merida)) and the best place to see the fairies is Pixie Hollow (Tinkerbell plus a friend usually). If you're willing to spend money, there is also Ariel's Grotto (breakfast and lunch) which features princesses.

For the boys (and girls), there is also the Marvel meet and greet in Tomorrowland (usually Captain America and Thor), Aladdin and Friends can often be found in Adventureland, and (right now) Jack Skellington and/or Sally can be found in New Orleans Square.

I love this. Are the lines usually long for all of these?

Our experiences with Princess Fantasy Faire lines were mixed. In June 2014 we went early one morning and we were the only ones there. We forgot to get the signatures in the girls' books, so we sent husband back a while later and there still wasn't a line. This May we went right at opening and the line was LONG. They said a 30 minute wait, but we waited 45 minutes. The CM told us the best time is mid-day as there is a lull. I don't know for sure.

For the fairies, go as early as possible. Tink is very friendly and spends a lot of time with the kids. Even if there are only a few people ahead of you, you will wait a long time.

Don't forget, if your girls have to meet Anna and Elsa, they do NOT meet in the Princess Faire. They are at DCA, and you need a FP to meet them. I'd say if you trust the 12 y/o boys (and they have a phone), you could pretty much let them choose any ride and meet at a designated spot. Or if you have multiple adults, send one with the boys.

Save your $$ and don't do the princess character meal at Ariel's Grotto. The problem with this character meal is that each princess really just has time to say a quick hello, take a quick picture, and go onto the next table. You will get more character interaction at Princess Fantasy Faire at DL and at Anna & Elsa's meet & greet at DCA
