Where is Safari Turkey in the AK?

Just planning our trip in May '06 and this is a question my husband MUST have the answer to. It's his new, favourite WDW treat. Where is Safari Turkey and which CS restaurant is it closest to? Thanks.

I think it's near the Flametree BBQ to the right before the Tree of Life.
