Where is Parking for Offsite Guests?

I've looked on the DL site on parking and can't figure it out. The first morning we are planning on driving in from Corona for a 7am EMH, and leaving the hotel at 5:45 to get there by 6:30 on a Saturday. Should we be going to the Toy Story Lot or some parking structure closer to DLR? Thanks!

You should park at Mickey & Friends. Is this your first time going? If so, just exit on Disneyland Drive and follow the signs into the parking structure. It’s pretty easy once you exit the freeway.

I've been too many times to count, but we usually stay within walking distance or park at the toy story lot. When we get off the 57 we usually get directed to the toy story lot for parking. I'll have to look at the Google Maps and really study it to try to figure out how to find this Mickey and friends parking lot. Thanks!

Are you taking the 57 to 5N to Katella vs taking 91 to 5S? Or 57 to Ball? If you take 57 to Ball then Left on Disneyland dr, M&F parking will be the structure on your right.(but the ramp to it will unintuitively be on the left)

When looking at the map, it appears there's more walking and possibly a longer total commute time in parking at Mickey and Friends and taking the tram than in parking at Toy Story Lot and taking the bus. Does the tram stop at Downtown Disney and make you walk through it, or take you right up to the same location as the buses? Thanks.

The tram drops you in front of World of Disney what is at the east end of Downtown Disney right at the esplanade. The drop zone is equivalent to be dropped off on the Harbor side in terms of distance to the entrance gates. Basically picture what you see on Harbor but instead there is only large loop for just the trams and handicap accessible shuttle bus coming from the parking structure.

Hopefully, this will help. The Mickey & Friends parking lot is to the left and the yellow star is the area where the trams leave you off. The Toy Story parking lot is to the right and the green star is where the shuttle leaves you off. The Esplanade is between Disneyland and California Adventure parks.

You’ll need to go to Mickey and Friends. Typically Toy Story isn’t open for EMH/MM parking, it usually opens an hour before regular park opening.

Parking is $20 a day. Might be better to see if your hotel offers a shuttle. Odds are that it will. I suspect that about 98% of their guests are in town for DL ;-).

They are driving in from Corona. I don’t see a hotel 30/45 minutes away offering a shuttle.

Yes, we are driving in from Corona the first day. And the next four days after that we are staying at the Homewood suites convention, which does not have a shuttle but relies on toy story lot. We may rely on Uber a couple of those days.

You can easily walk from the homewood suites as well. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk.
