Where is Mr Potato Head?

Visited Toy Story this week. Mr Potato head has been removed and replaced by additional snaking lines. Anybody know why?

It's believed that Toy Story Land will be "behind" TSMM, so the queue will eventually enter from where Mr Potato was.

Disney is building a third track for TSMM. A CM told me that the connection will be through the same queue. So I expect that Mr. Potato Head has something to do with that new track.

BTW, this site says TSMM will be closed for one day on March 15, 2016 to add in the new track to test something. It appears the third track will open this summer. http://wdwnt.com/blog/2016/02/toy-story-midway-mania-closed-315-third-track-opens-summer-2016/
