Minnie should still be there for dinner. What list are you talking about? We've had breakfast at CM and she was there and others have posted they had dinner and Minnie was present too. Allears.net has Minnie listed as well.

Actually I was looking at allears as well, just a different page.

Actually the link I posted was the menu from CM. It's updated too as of January 2009.

The link you posted is a general page about character dining. I think that's why it's conflicting information.
