Where *Is* Member Services?

We just closed on our DVC membership and will be in Orlando in a couple of weeks. I was hoping to be able to upgrade our tickets to annual passes while there, but where should I go to do it? I'm assuming they will have my member number by then even if I haven't received the new member packet. Thanks in advance for answering what is probably a super basic question.

If you can't obtain your member number via member services over the phone before you leave then you might want to try the sales center at Saratoga Springs. They might be able to help in looking it up, but I'm not sure if they will be able to look it up or not. I'm not sure how long it actually takes to process through. Some more seasoned DVC members I'm sure will chime in soon .

To upgrade to DVC discounted annual passes you will need to be able to prove you are DVC members. We were asked to show our membership card at the booths at park entrance to do ours. There must be a way to prove it if you haven't received your membership card yet so it might be worth a call to MS before you go.

When you get the DVC AP, they have to key in your member # into their system to confirm the membership is still valid. I don't know if they would accept just the number without the card.

If you go to the Member Preview center at the Saratoga Springs Resort, they can print up a temporary DVC member card for you.

You can also get a new ID card at BWV, Kidani, or BLT if you are in the system as a member.

MS is physically located in the town of Celebration, FL.

This is just a phone center/HQ building. there are no walk-in customer service functions at this location. Most all member service walk-in functions need to be done at the Preview Center at SSR.
