Where is cypress pointe in relation to DD?

We are WDW regulars and are staying here this month.Could you please tell us how close this is to DD?What major road is it off of? TIA

535 - from WDW - turn left at the hotel plaza exit until 535 and it is around a block or two down from Crossroads.

there is a bad review on it.

Easy to find, two stoplights north of Crossroads Center o nSR 535. Turn right on Vining Way, go one block, office is on left side.
