Where is Chef TJ now?

Have read so many wonderful things about him and his meal prep for vegetarians. Have only found old posts about where he might be now.

Anyone know his current location?

The Food and Wine literature for his appearances at the Festival lists him at "Grand Floridian Resort." They do not list a specific restaurant.

I've heard he bounces back and forth between 1900 Park Fare and GF Cafe.

He was at 1900 Park Fare on a Tuesday when we visited
