Congrats! That is correct. The Turtles, featuring Flo and Eddie.
When the band split (due to some financial "disagreement" with their manager), they did back-up work with a number of other bands in the 60s. Most notable was Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention. For contractual reasons, they were not allowed to use their own names when performing so for awhile they also performed as The Phlorescent Leech and Eddie beginning in 1972. Phlorescent was shortened to Flo and they continued to perform (starting in 1984) with their own tour along with other 60's artists as the "Happy Together Tour" tour (groups like Spanky and Our Gang, Gary Puckett, the Buckinghams, Gary Lewis, Grass Roots, Mark Lindsay and Mickey Dolenz were part of that tour over the years). Howard Kaylan (Eddie) was the other founding member of the Turtles who was the real lead singer for the group.
Here are some photos from the Flower Power concert in May, 2003 -
... and a couple of other photos from that same timeframe -Peter Noone and Grass Roots. In those days, we were taking 10 day trips to WDW staying at OKW and some really great music was offered where each group did 3 shows for either 2 or 3 days at a time. More recently that has been cut back to just weekends. Ahh - those were the days!
The Turtles featuring Flo and Eddie (I see this was already posted as I was writing!) Didn't see them in the lineup for the concerts though, must have been a change?
