I have to work tomorrow. It was 20 degrees when I got up this morning. DD had a softball scrimmage so I had to get up early. Made some chili and an apple pie.

20! It was 39 here and I built a fire but it's 61 now. But, fall is definitely here. It will be cooling off this week.

Anyone want to bet on who gets the first measurable snow??

Earlier this week when DH & I were making the decision to shut the pool down for the season I was wondering what your weather was like. 20 already? Guess your pool is already closed? We had a good rain shower this morning; now it's a perfect 78 and sunny. Soccer game yesterday was PERFECT! I can't imagine those young ladies playing softball in 20 degree temps! Chili and apple pie should have "hit the spot!

It did end up warming up. We were going to have a camp fire last night but by 7 it was already in the 40's. Too cold for me.
