I'm guessing... Stitch's Great Escape. Somewhere in that galactic training area

No clue, but I'll guess Pal Mickey is riding on the TTA (Tomorrowland Transit Authority) and is looking down into one of the areas you can see into rides, either Stitch's Escape or Space Mountain.

Yeah, like I said, I have no clue.

Inside the Ladies Room (for shame, Mickey!) at the Grand Floridian, for
the Victoria and Albert's restaurant.
