Where is Diane! I'm struggling here! You can have this one Diane! Is it around the Castle? Is it listed on the map as an attraction. Not a ride I assume? Not a parade I'm guessing? Meet and greet? Is it from Fantasyland?

Taken last March in Frontierland during the afternoon (3 PM) parade. First time I'd seen this float too...was beautiful. Full view after it passed us:
