Wow that sounds like quite the experiences. The new position is also substituting but hopefully will lead to covering for a maternity leave (or the likes) and then maybe a full time contract... none of this I am sure will be anytime soon.

Oh boy maternity leave! The holy grail for a substitute/supply teacher!! That should keep you working til the end of the school year!! Does your school year go from Sept to June? Do you all speak French where you live?
