Good guess but no...not at a resort.

So, is this from a park? Is it a string of lights along the edge of a canopy? Shop, attraction or food service?

Jeff is correct, there are boats from Epcot resorts to HS; Denise is correct on the boats from MK to WL but Diane and Emilee have named the correct boat...the smallest of the bunch leaving the MK dock...to GF and the Poly:

That's a nice ride and an easy, stressfree way to get to Epcot from HS. It stops at all the Epcot area resorts and very relaxing.
