Strange phenomenon in our area this morning and just heard it was State wide. DH opened the garage door around 6:45 AM and was greeted by a VERY bright blue/green flash of light. Youngest DD calls immediately, asking her Daddy, "What the HELL was THAT?" Just heard a radio report that the "flash" was viewed throughout south Texas and even as far away as Dallas. They're "saying" it was a meteor. Good thing I was still hiding under the covers, sound asleep, or I probably wouldn't be on Disboards this morning! I'd most likely be at the undertakers!

I'll be at the rink from 9 to 5 tomorrow (freezing) for DS high school hockey jamboree. His team is putting it on so I'll be working all day. Then it's off to DD soccer game.
You'll be freezing and I'll be in SHORTS! Our cooler weather is suppose to arrive Sunday night/Monday and I am SO ready! It's been beautiful but we're not suppose to be wearing shorts 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas! (Did I miss your Evil Queen answer? I'm curious...I can't think of the names of any others besides the ones we've named!)

I had lessons all afternoon and then played at the grange this evening. I have done my civic duty! But, now I will be here all day tomorrow. Knitting. You ladies will be at games and the guys are at DW!!!!
