He is much bigger, he is 16 now. We are definitely way overdue for a trip. We were supposed to go this past July but had to cancel when I lost my job.

He's learning how to drive. He just finished drivers ed and he just has to complete his hours and he can go for his license.

When DD turned 16, we surprised her on Christmas morning with a car...big red/gold bow and all! "Santa" wrapped the key and left it under the tree. What a sweet memory!

Still trying. It's so frustrating. I live in a small town. There is a city close by about 15 min away but it's small and not many jobs available. Any other city you have to travel at least 30-40 min or more. I really don't want to travel that far but if I had to I would. There are so many people out there looking. I went on an interview at one of the state universities a few weeks ago, 350 people applied and they interviewed 8 people. I was one of the 8, this would have been such a great job but I didn't get it.
