It is not from a bath/rest/wash room. It is on a wall and part of a fountain. I'm still looking for a specific location in Mexico.

Oh, okay. Well didn't we already eliminate Main St., Liberty Square and Adventureland and now Frontierland? So, what is left? Fantasyland? I can't see it coming from Tomorrowland. It's not from Tomorrowland, is it!?

And it is the top of a building, right?

Just to clarify, I was asking about water drinking fountains, like the ones directly outside the restaurant; I'll add another thought...is it the INSIDE of the large fountain inside the pavilion?
