No Ma'am, the exact location has NOT yet been correctly identified. It's been identified as being close to Tusker House but not the check in area. It's quite possibly a trashcan, may be a "cold drink container"...not exactly sure because it's in the background of my full photo.

I have officially given up on this one. It's near the Tusker house and it might be a trash can or a cooler for drinks or anything. So, I don't know what answer you want. I'm going to leave this for more creative minds than mine.
