You didn't answer the other part...is it a country flag or coat of arms or something like that. I'm missing something~doesn't look like any of the "permanent" country flags that I recall. Is it from the Food & Wine Festival?

oops sorry.. it is not a country flag.. it might be a coat of arms.. not really sure..
i believe it is permanent because it is indoors
and not part of the food and wine festival

Cool! I don't think I've ever been in that shop...or if I was, it's been a few years! I'm the same way with the flags in UK...I think in Sportsman Shoppe. I have a super cool picture but don't know what any of the flags stand for!
